RQS RECORDS / INFORMATION

Music & visual rights

Credits, listening access and enquiries about using our work.

Updated 3 November 2026 · Applies to rqsrecords.com and docs.rqsrecords.com

1. Artists and releases

RQS RECORDS presents ANONYMOUSE and KERNOVEX as separate artist identities. Release information, stories and credits are supplied on the relevant artist, album and single pages. A label credit is not by itself a statement that every element has the same legal owner.

2. Listening and sharing links

You may use the website player to listen and share links to public pages or the official YouTube video. Listening access does not grant permission to download, republish, sell or distribute recordings, video, lyrics or artwork.

3. Request permission

For synchronization, advertising, film, games, remixes, samples, artwork or other reuse, email ceo@rqsrecords.com. Include the release, intended use, platforms, territory, duration and whether the project is commercial. Permission is not granted until the relevant rights and conditions are agreed.

4. Production tools and credits

Some works use generative tools as part of production. Credits describe the project and artistic presentation; rights and protection depend on the material, human contribution, applicable law and relevant licences. We do not represent every generated element as exclusively protected or eligible for Content ID.

5. Report a rights concern

If you believe material on this website affects your rights, send the exact URL, the work concerned, an explanation of your rights and a reliable reply address to ceo@rqsrecords.com. We will review the information and may request clarification.

6. Artist contacts

Artist enquiries: anonymouse@rqsrecords.com and kernovex@rqsrecords.com. For label business and licensing, use the management address above.
