Website terms of use

Terms for browsing, listening and using this public website.

Updated 3 November 2026 · Applies to rqsrecords.com and docs.rqsrecords.com

1. Using the website

The RQS RECORDS website presents artists, music, visual work and release stories. You can browse and listen through the provided features. These terms cover use of this website; they do not grant a licence to redistribute recordings, artwork or video.

2. Content and permissions

Recordings, text, visuals, logos and other material may be protected by copyright, trade mark, licence or other rights. Ownership and permitted uses can differ between individual elements. Do not claim ownership of our releases or assume listening access authorizes commercial reuse. See Music & visual rights.

3. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, scrape or redistribute media without permission, impersonate the label or artists, or use the service unlawfully. Ordinary browser playback and links to our public pages are welcome.

4. Player and availability

Local playlists are stored in your browser, may not be available in private browsing, and can be lost when site data is cleared. Accounts and cross-device synchronization are not currently connected. Features, releases and availability may change; we do not promise uninterrupted access.

5. Third-party services

YouTube playback and external links are provided by third parties under their own terms and policies. Enabling external media is optional. The locally hosted audio player does not require YouTube permission.

6. No online purchase or booking

The website does not currently accept on-site payments, sell licences or confirm bookings. A message, credit line or public contact address is not a licence or a confirmed business agreement. Commercial arrangements require separate agreement.

7. Questions and updates

For business, corrections or rights questions, contact ceo@rqsrecords.com. Applicable mandatory legal rights are not excluded by these website terms. We may update these pages as the service changes.
