This policy describes the public RQS RECORDS website at rqsrecords.com and the documents centre at docs.rqsrecords.com. RQS RECORDS is the name used for this music and visual project. For privacy questions or requests, email ceo@rqsrecords.com.
2. Information we process
The website server receives technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser information and error details. If you email us, your email provider and our mail service process your address, message and any attachments. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry.
3. Your listening library
The public listening site stores playlists, playback progress, volume and your animation preference in your browser. These items are not linked to a signed-in account or synchronized to another device. They remain until removed by you, your browser or a future change to the feature. Clearing site data removes the saved library.
4. Optional YouTube video
The embedded Player One video is provided by YouTube/Google. It is not loaded until you allow external media and request playback. Once loaded, the provider receives technical information and may use cookies or similar storage under its own policies. We use the youtube-nocookie.com privacy-enhanced player; this does not mean playback is anonymous. See Google’s privacy policy.
5. Why information is used
We use information to deliver music and pages, remember your requested features and privacy choices, respond to messages, address rights enquiries and keep the service secure. We do not currently install advertising pixels or third-party audience analytics on the public website. Optional external media can be disabled through Cookie settings.
7. Your choices and requests
You can withdraw external-media permission at any time, clear your local library through browser settings, and contact us about access, correction or deletion of information you have sent. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; you may also contact the relevant data-protection authority. We may need enough information to identify your request.
